Moving forward with technology evolution, Land Transport Authority(LTA) has provide vehicle owner a more convenient and wider authority to perform vehicle related transaction online. For technology savvy owner it may become a more secure, and easy way to handle vehicle related matters whereas for those silver generation personnel who are not internet savvy, could it in turn create a more troublesome process for them?
